Quality philosophy
Following our motto; "Customers First", our innovative technologies are developed from a global perspective, so we can provide products and services that earn satisfaction and trust from our customers all over the world. Our quality system is continually reviewed to ensure that our great quality keeps getting even better.
Guidelines for corporate activities
- FUJI OOZX identifies "Customer First" as the cornerstone of management throughout the company and its subsidiaries around the world. All employees know and implement the words, and more importantly their sincere meaning, throughout the entire organization.
- We make sure we understand a customer’s requirements and the applicable laws and regulations, and that we establish a "consistent quality management system" that satisfies these requirements.
- We regularly evaluate the effectiveness of our quality management system and implement "continuous improvement" to maintain and improve it.
- We establish quality objectives within the organization and create a "Goal Achievement Plan "with follow-ups and monitoring, and update these as necessary.
- We identify expected risks (hazards) at the planning stage and implement "risk management plans" to minimize them.
- We determine and provide all the resources needed for the operation of the quality management system.
Quality assurance
Our quality assurance activities are based on giving comprehensive consideration to product QCDSE*. We have created an integrated system that starts with developing products that meet the customers’ functional requirements. Then we design manufacturing flow on a "process assurance" basis, and develop “just-right” production equipment for the specific product

We use product testing and inspection opportunities as effective means of regularly checking and monitoring these production conditions, so we can identify emerging problems in any process and provide feedback proactively, in order to reduce variations in product quality.
Quality assurance system
We have received IATF 16949 Certification. We refer to our certification criteria as we establish and maintain the reliability of our quality assurance system, and apply it to each division of the FUJI OOZX Group. This helps us as we anticipate market trends, so that we feel assured we can keep developing products that satisfy our customers and retain their trust, and as we carry out day-to-day product development and production activities.
Furthermore, we promote internal auditing activities very strenuously, with special emphasis on compliance and implementing ongoing improvement activities, in order to raise the level of quality and accuracy of our products and our business processes
