Daido Steel Group's personal information protection policy

Daido Steel Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to as the "DaidoGroup") fully recognize the importance of protecting personal information, and handles all personal information obtained from customers, business partners, and other related parties(our "customers, etc.") appropriately under the policy stated below.

Purpose of use of personal information

FUJI OOZX Inc. Security control measures

The following security control measures are taken to prevent leaks, loss, or damage of the personal information we have collected.
First, in order to ensure the proper handling of personal information, we have established basic policies covering topics including: "Compliance with Laws and Regulations," "Contact for Inquiries," etc.
We have also formulated specific rules for handling personal information,including handling methods, the responsible persons/persons in charge and their duties at each stage of acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion/disposal, etc.

In addition, training is provided to executives and employees on issues they need to keep in mind regarding the handling of personal information.
