December, 1951	Sonoike Valve Co., Ltd. was founded in Shinagawa-ward, Tokyo to manufacture and sell engine valves.
June, 1952	The name was changed to Fuji Valve Co., Ltd. A plant in Ota-ward, Tokyo was completed and began its operation.
July, 1953	Daido Steel Co., Ltd. invested additional capital.
January, 1960	A technical agreement (engine valves) was signed with TRW Inc. of the United States.
September, 1970	The headquarters plant was moved to and concentrated in Fujisawa.
April, 1990	The Shizuoka plant started production.
December, 1992	The company's name was changed from Fuji Valve Co., Ltd to FUJI OOZX Inc.
December, 1994	The company was listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
July, 2003	The headquarters was moved to the current location, the city of Kikugawa in the Shizuoka prefecture.
August, 2010	Established Fuji Valve (Guangzhou) Co., a joint venture company formed by FUJI OOZX, TRW Inc. and Shin Han Valve Ind. Co., Ltd., in Guangzhou, China.
August, 2013	Established PT. Fuji OOZX INDONESIA, a joint venture company formed by FUJI OOZX and PT. Prospect Motor, in Jawa Barat, Indonesia.
August, 2014	Established FUJI OOZX MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V., a joint venture company formed by FUJI OOZX and Daido Kogyo Co., Ltd., in Guanajuato, Mexico.
July, 2015	Dissolved Technical agreement (engine valve) with TRW Inc., U.S. company. Established FUJI OOZX AMERICA Inc., a sales company fully funded by OOZX, in Texas, the United States.
January, 2016	Agreed on integrating the automobile engine valve businesses with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter reffered to as "MAT"). MAT transfers its solid valve business to FUJI OOZX INC. A joint venture set up by both companies succeeds both hollow-head valve business of MAT and hollow-stem valve business of FUJI OOZX.
May, 2016	Established FUJI HOLLOW VALVE INC., a joint venture company formed by FUJI OOZX INC. and MAT, which manufactures both hollow-head and hollow-stem valves in Kikugawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
April, 2017	Established Europe Representative Office in Stuttgart, Germany.
November, 2017	The dedicated mass production line for head hollow engine valve began operation.
December, 2019	The 2nd plant began operation at Fuji Valve (Guangdong) Co.
June, 2020	FUJI OOZX transitioned to a company with audit and supervisory committee.
July, 2020	Fuji Valve (Guangdong) Co. started an integrated procduction for stem hollow valve.
March, 2021	FUJI OOZX dissolved the joint venture business with MAT and accquired 100% ownership of FUJI HOLLOW VALVE Inc.
July, 2021	Fuji OOZX absorbed FUJI HOLLOW VALVE Inc.
April, 2022	Due to the review of the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s market classification, shifted to the TSE Standard Market.
July, 2023	FUJI OOZX acquired 100% ownership of MARUYOSHI Co., Ltd.
July, 2024	FUJI OOZX acquired 100% ownership of P&M Co., Ltd.
October, 2024	West Japan branch office opened in Osaka city.

2001	Shizuoka Plant acquired ISO14001.
2017	Fuji Valve (Guangdong) Co., obtained TS16949 certification, following IATF16949 certification in 2018.
2018	Shizuoka Plant acquired IATF16949.
2021	Fujisawa Plant (OOZX TECHNO Inc.) acquired IATF16949.
2022	PT. FUJI OOZX INDONESIA acquired ISO9001.
