We will comply with the applicable laws, regulation and internal rules of the company, and carrying out fair, transparent, free competition and proper transactions.
We will obtain customer satisfaction and trust by developing and offering product, technology, service required by customer, in consideration of personal and customer information.
We will recognize that the preservation of the global environment is the top priority shared by humanity, endeavor to reduce the impact on the environment and contribute to social and local environmental preservation.
We will endeavor for close communication with stakeholders and will disclose company information extensively in a proactive and fair manner.
We will respect not only the local law and regulation but also local culture and custom and will endeavor to operate business that contributes to such development in global business development, joint venture initiatives, and technological assistance agreements.
We will respect and value the employees’ character, personality and identity while building a safe and comfortable working environment by all members.
Management shall recognize the Compliance Guideline as its own mission and take leadership in causing employees within the company involving our group company and our vendors to be fully aware of the Compliance Guideline. |
